Things You Need to Know
We founded Misfits Toys and Collectables with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We strive to bring happiness and unity through Toys and good people. We value time more than anything. So when you spend your hard used time (Hard Earned Money) with us, Misfits Toys and Collectables will ensure total customer satisfaction. Pre-Orders
Collection of Payment for Pre-orders will be done at the time of the initial order. Once payment is received your product just sit back and let us worry from here. We will mark your account paid The product reserved and will ship to you once it arrives at our facility, and is inspected. Once inspected and verified the products will be packaged and shipped out with in 1 business day. Shipping times are an estimate given to us by the manufacture/ distributor and are subject to change, delays etc. Misfits Toy and Collectables is not responsible for delayed shipments and offers no guarantees on product arrival date.
Cancelations of Preorders
We understand things happen. Preorders for special items are prepaid and shipped immediately from manufacturer once available. If a Pre-Order needs to be canceled we will there will be a 10% cancelation fee. Please Contact us at info@misfitstoysandcollectables.com if you need to cancel. Pre-Orders canceled with 24 hours of placing order will be canceled at no charge. Fees from Payment Processing Company may still occur. Check with payment provider.
Damaged Product
Unless stated we can not guarantee Mint condition box's. We will make every effort to deliver the highest quality Collectables. Misfits Toys and collectables goes the extra mile when packaging your product for shipment. With that said: Misfits Toys and Collectables will nott accept returns for Collectable packaging being blemished our damaged. If your product arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately. Returns
Returns accepted within 5 days of receiving the product. All returns must still be factory sealed and in new condition to be credited. Return shipping to be paid for by the customer. Upon receiving the returned item. Items will be inspected and credit issued provided the product is able to be re-sold. Credit will be processed in 3-5 business days after inspection. Credit will be issued less the cost of return shipping (If Misfits Toys and Collectables provides shipping labels) Please contact Info@misfitstoysandcollectables.com for more information.
